Lymm Kestrels v Lymm Eagles – This Saturday 27th October

On Saturday, spectators can enjoy a double header at Beechwood, as well as the 1st XV playing Vale of Lune,  Lymm Kestrels are at home to Lymm Eagles, in a league fixture.

“We’re looking forward to it” says Kestrels’ captain, Ollie Chesworth. “The Kestrels are a bit of a scratch side made up from a mixture of experienced players down to Senior colts. We’ve got nothing to lose so we’ll give it our best.”

The Eagles, effectively the vets team, is a more settled and experienced team, made up of ageing former 1st/2nd team players. They will be firm favourites but you never know .
